| Since 1998, ongoing. - An Austrian foundation, this is one of the largest charities in the world. Our training project have been implemented for the Continent (1 in 5 units globally) CEE/CIS/Baltics covering 26 six countries from the Baltic states across into Central Asia and down to Turkey and North Cyprus. – Activities have comprised: Top executive coaching, developing and supporting a fast growing team for about two years, organisational and strategy consultancy, a team building project for the Bosnian national organisation starting with a crisis intervention and including leadership transition, and designing and implementing a Management and Leadership Programme for 90 participants from these 26 countries including the Vienna continental management crew. While other activities are going on, the last project has just been successfully finished after almost 2 ½ years (see links for details). |
